Cielo Baby strives for excellence in customer satisfaction. We will exchange or issue a refund for orders within 30 calendar days from receipt of purchase, with the exceptionof Crib Bedding.
All Crib Bedding returns must be made within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order and we will gladly accept your return as long as the item has not been used, soiled, or damaged.
At this time, Cielo Baby.com can ship outside the 48 contiguous states. However, shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, AFO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, and Canada will result in significantly higher shipping charges than stated on the check out page. Please contact our Customer Service Department for specific information regarding these types of orders.
If you have an issue with any item due to defect or damage during delivery, please contact us within 5 business days from receipt of your order via e-mail at customerservice@cielobaby.com.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable unless the item being returned was received damaged from the courier.
To return an item for a refund or exchange, please follow the steps below:
- Replace the item in its original packaging.
- E-mail our Customer Service department at customerservice@cielobaby.com, Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm (EST) with the following information:
- Your name
- Reason for return
- Order number
- Request for refund or exchange
Once we receive your information, we will assign your return a Return Authorization Code (RAC) and we will provide you with the address where you should mail your items to. The RAC will ensure prompt and proper handling of your refund or exchange. Please return your items via insured USPS to protect the return against possible damage or being lost in transit.
We will issue a full refund as long as the return meets the conditions within this return policy.
All sales are final after 30 calendar days. |
